Groups of Mount Carmel Year 7 pupils selected from each English class delivered presentations on their local area to the rest of their year group.
Murray Dawson, from Scott Dawson Advertising, and Miss Farrelly (Deputy Headteacher) had the privilege - and extremely tough job - of judging the presentations.
The audience were impressed by the standard of the presentations and thoroughly enjoyed listening to them.
All participants received a certificate and a prize. The winning team of: Heidi, Georgia and Johnny from 7M2 received goodie bags and an Amazon voucher from Amazing Accrington. There was also special recognition and an Amazon voucher for: Sienna, Scott and Charley-Anne for their exceptional presentational skills.
A wonderful morning was had by all. Well done, Year 7- what a wonderful end to the year!
