The Governing Body at Mount Carmel R.C. High School wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader to the post of Headteacher. The successful applicant will be a practising Catholic, have a clear vision for the future development of this Catholic school and must be committed to a positive ethos and culture that supports the school mission and vision.
The successful applicant must also:
- know how to effectively engage all parents in their child’s education and the school
- have a proven track record of sustained school improvement over time
- have a proven track record of successful leadership and management at a senior level
- be able to communicate effectively and engage with the Catholic and wider community
- be well qualified, suitably experienced and skilled to support and challenge school leaders and governors
- meet all teaching and leadership standards
