Year 8 pupils were tasked with a cookie challenge project as part of their remote learning. Food Technology teacher Ms Gallagher demonstrated the practical lesson using a very professional looking overhead camera.
Pupils were given a PowerPoint linking YouTube clips of the ingredients that make up a cookie. They they had to choose how to make them.
Baking powder or soda? Butter or margarine?
The baked cookies looked delicious and we are sure the pupils families enjoyed eating them!
