Our Year 10 GCSE Geography students recently completed their first fieldwork trip to Barley.

Pupils investigated how river characteristics change downstream. This research is vital for understanding how communities can adapt and respond to future flood risks. The students fully immersed themselves in the practical work, ensuring a highly successful and enjoyable day despite a few soggy socks by the end!

Members of the public also commented on their excellent conduct. The staff at the Cabin Café in the village specifically praised our students for their impeccable behaviour.

Well done to everyone involved
