Mount Carmel swimming team had outstanding achievements when they competed in the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley event.

The team comprised of;

Lexie W - Year 7 
Edi W - Year 8 
Imogen McG -Year 8
Minnie A -Year 8
Kieran McK -Year 8
Leo G -Year 8
Mia McG -Year 9
Maddie T-Year 9 
Harrison L- Year 10

Harrison won the butterfly race and he was second in the 50m freestyle. Harrison competed in the u16s races, a year below his age! 

Imogen won the 25m freestyle year 8 race, in some fashion!

Mia won the 25m backstroke race. This race was for u16s, so Mia was 2 years younger than her opponents! 

Kieran was second and Leo third in the year 8 breaststroke race.

Edi, Imogen, Leo and Kieran entered the year 8 boys relay and won by a length!!!
